Day 1: Cusco – Abra Málaga – Santa María

  • 07:00: Hotel pick-up in Cusco
  • 08:00: Private transport to Abra Málaga (4,316 m)
  • 11:00: Downhill biking for approx. 2.5 hours through scenic mountain roads
  • 14:00: Arrival and check-in at the hostel in Santa María
  • 14:20: Lunch
  • Optional: Rafting adventure on the Vilcanota River (approx. 2 hours)
  • 19:00: Dinner and overnight stay

Day 2: Santa María – Santa Teresa – Hydroelectric – Aguas Calientes

  • 06:00: Breakfast
  • 07:00: Transfer from Santa María to Santa Teresa
  • 07:45: Trek from Santa Teresa to the Hydroelectric Station (approx. 3 hours)
  • Optional: Zipline experience and vehicle transfer to Hydroelectric
  • 13:00: Lunch at Hydroelectric
  • 14:00: Trek to Aguas Calientes (approx. 10 km / 3 hours)
  • 17:30: Arrival and check-in at the hostel in Aguas Calientes
  • 20:00: Dinner and briefing by your guide for the following day

Day 3: Machu Picchu – Ollantaytambo – Cusco

  • 04:30: Start the hike from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu (approx. 1.5 hours)
  • Optional: Bus ride up to Machu Picchu (25 minutes)
  • 06:00: Guided tour of Machu Picchu (approx. 2 hours)
  • 08:30: Free time to explore the site and take photos
  • Return hike to Aguas Calientes (coordinated with your guide)
  • Optional: Bus ride down to Aguas Calientes
  • Train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo (based on train schedule)
  • Private transport from Ollantaytambo to Cusco
