Day 1: Cusco – Santa Teresa – Hydroelectric Station – Aguas Calientes

07:00 am – Pick-up from your hotel or hostel in Cusco.
01:00 pm – Lunch in Santa Teresa.
03:30 pm – Arrival at the Hydroelectric Station and start of the trek (approx. 2.5 hours).
06:00 pm – Arrival and check-in at the hostel in Aguas Calientes.
07:00 pm – Dinner and briefing with the guide for the next day.

Day 2: Machu Picchu – Hydroelectric Station – Cusco

04:00 am – Hike to the Machu Picchu entrance (approx. 1.5 hours).
06:00 am – Guided tour of the Machu Picchu citadel (approx. 2 hours).
08:30 am – Free time to explore the site.
11:30 am – Return trek to the Hydroelectric Station.
02:30 pm – Meeting point for the return journey to Cusco.
09:30 pm – Approximate arrival to Cusco (drop-off near Plaza San Francisco).
